Hello, man has it been a while. I’m planning to do a series kind of thing about different food places in Manchester and nice pictures of them and what I usually order and such. The first of this series is my favourite Italian place ever, Vapianos. Vapianos is located in central Manchester in the corn exchange (opposite Next and the Printworks), it’s such a lovely place and it’s never toooo busy which is great.
Their menu is also quite affordable considering the actual decor and such makes the restaurant seem very classy. My go to order is the Chicken Alfredo which is gorgeous and you can get it with parmesan sprinkled on top. When they’re cooking your food, they literally do it in front of you which is mesmerising to say the least, like I can stand and watch the chefs cook allll day and night. Whilst they cook, you can choose what kind of spice you want, how it’s cooked, the type of pasta you want and stuff like that. I have a video, but I genuinely have no idea if I can figure out how to download a video onto this post, if not, I will upload it onto my Instagram or Twitter!

I would like to take a minute to talk about their staff, oh my goodness they are such wonderful people, like honestly they are super friendly people and if you’re feeling anxious and stuff, they make you feel like you’re right at home. They are amazing people!
Anyways, another thing I want to talk about is the decor, their tables and sofas are so cosy. There are two kind of sections, there are smaller, intimate tables with a sofa near the bar. And the other side is the high tables with the lovely middle that separates both sides. The middle is full of plants and then vinegar and the essential things you’d need for your food. But honestly, it is so aesthetically pleasing, I love it.
So, that’s it for this one, thank you so much for reading and I’m excited to keep doing these food blog stuff. Stay safe and stay blessed, my friends!
