2 Things I Have Binge-watched in 2018 (so far)

Welcome to March 2018, it's only the third month of the year but I genuinely feel like this year has actually flown by already and it’s quite sad. One of the first things I binge watched this year was Shonda Rhimes’ ‘Scandal’. Holy shit what a beautiful tv show, what a masterpeice. Shonda Rhimes is the best creator ever, when I was in college, I binge watched 12 seasons of ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ during my 2 week winter break (when I should’ve been revising loool), then I got into ‘How to Get Away With Murder’ and thennn, the promo pictures came for the crossover of HTGAWM and Scandal. So, I had to watch scandal so I could understand the crossover for when it happened, so during February reading week this year, I began my journey. I watched up to the current episodes all within about ⅔ weeks and holy poop I loved it. Scandal is genuinely one of my favourite tv shows ever now. It’s so amazing, I really do recommend it. To anyone that does watch scandal, what happened to Olivia Pope? When did she become her dad? It’s mad, I really do think you should go watch it, I’m so excited for the crossover as well omg it’s gonna be the best!!!! Also, this is Scandal’s final season which I’m really upset about but I hope it ends with Olitz marrying but I highly doubt it considering everything that’s happened. The cast of the show are so great and everything works so well together. I really feel like addressing the current plot of the show but I don’t want to spoil it for anyone that hasn’t watched it or are currently watching it. The show is about Olivia Pope, a ‘scandal fixer’ who helped the president get elected, she works for the White House but leaves and opens ‘Olive Pope and Associates,’ where she takes care of scandals and fixes things for high demand clients. She has her own little team and honestly, the way they go about fixing things is amazing and so clever and thought out. It does help you understand how Liv became the way she is now (in season 7) because she barely gets an hour to think about herself and fix herself as she’s always fixing things for other people. It’s mad, everything catches up with her. Just go watch it!

Something else that I’ve binge watched this year is a YouTube channel. It’s two friends and they’re channel is called ‘TGFBro’, they are the maddest youtubers I’ve ever watched oh my days. They are actually crazy, so I’ve watched people like Kian&JC who do stupid stuff, but these guys are even more mad and they’re British although their Birmingham accent is pretty ugly looool. They cement their feet inside kettles, cement their heads inside microwaves, take baths in chilli sauce, nettles and other stupid shit but they are so damn entertaining. They were on the news a few months ago, because Jay (the white boy), got his head stuck in the microwave (that they cemented in), and they had to call the emergency services to get his damn head out of a cemented microwave. It’s so stupid man, but so jokes. Their channel is so genuine, like the content they make is so unique, you ain’t never gonna find a channel quite like their. You can tell they’re in it to make content and not the money and stuff(tho it’s obviously an added bonus), their friendship is so pure man it’s cute. They’re currently on 3.5 million subscribers which I’m actually surprised at, I thought they would’ve had a lot more, but imma leave their channel linked below. I’m quickly going to add that one of their friends make music and I've only heard one called 'Still I Get' and shit man, it’s a pure banger (I’ll leave a link to the music video at the end.)

These are like the main two things I’ve been binge-watching this year, but I’m not going to lie, I watch a lot of stuff, especially tv shows, so I might do another one of these in a few months as an update kind of thing.
