It has been requested from a very good friend of mine that I review all the new makeup i’ve recently purchased, however, I feel as though that would elongate the entire post for about 3 days, thus I have decided to shorten it if you will. Today’s post will be about Morphe, I’ve done my Fenty review, and keep an eye out for other ones I may do. So, from Morphe, I have in my possession 2 palettes, 12NB and 35F. I’m going to start off by talking about 12 NB (Natural Beauty). The main reason I purchased this palette is because it is amazing for every day use. It has all the shades you would need for a day to day basis ranging from your pale shades, to your nudes and browns, and it also has a burnt orange colour and a deep burgundy purple shade. I feel like all these are fit super nicely and because it’s smaller, you can take it with you when travelling anywhere without it taking too much space nor without the worry of it breaking because it most likely will fit nicely into a handbag or a makeup bag. In this palette, it also has two shimmer shades (3rd on top row and 2nd on middle row), again, with it having the shimmer shades, it literally gives you everything in one palette. You can use it for a cute peachy look, or for a deep autumnal/winter look. I honestly just love it and I try to use it as much as I can. My favourites have to be the burnt orange (3rd on middle row) and the burgundy purple shade (4th on bottom row). I think if your outfit is pretty basic or boring, you can really bring your look to life with the eye shadow colours you wear. I pretty much wear boring black and grey sort of clothes majority of the time but I have began to branch out and wear colourful things. I have an orange jumper that matches perfectly with the burnt orange shade and it’s just perfect.

Moving onto 35F, also known as, ‘Fall into Frost’. This is the perfect palette for the perfect time of the year, autumn/winter. This palette is also just super amazing, majority of the shades are shimmery and it’s such an aesthetically pleasing palette, like I could happily stare at the palette for no reason all day. It has all the base shades you need on the top row and your transitional shades along the bottom and the rest is just an art palette waiting to be used on your beautiful face. It is honestly just mesmerising I love it. My favourite colour has to be the 1st shade on the fourth row, that purple-y colour is truly beautiful. All the shades are also very pigmented which is good for when you’re in need to sparkle and shine.

Overall, I know a lot of people these days have began to complain that majority of Morphe palettes are repetitive and that ‘most colours you find in one palette you can find in another for cheaper with more variety,’ and I do kind of agree with it, but I swear they have so many palettes they’ve probably used every shade in the colour spectrum by now. But it’s like, why don’t you just pick 2/3 palettes instead of needing to own all of them and complaining they’re all the same?? I don’t get it it but whatever, I’ve picked my two favourite palettes and I love them, let me know what your favourites are! If I had to make a negative comment about these palettes, the only way I can think that they can improve their palettes is to put a mirror inside them because then they would simply become phenomenal.  Stay safe and stay blessed my friends!
